Escalope of turkey filled with pork, sage and lemon stuffing, Parma ham, cranberry centre, then wrapped in smoked bacon, served with herb-roast potato cake, honey roast parsnips, roast carrots with a little cumin and sauté sprouts, finished with red wine reduction
