That time of year when the festive jumpers come out of hiding and a fuzzy warm feeling makes you want to enjoy a tipple and be merry.
Christmas! Join us for the most festive time of the year. The tree will be up, those seasonal songs will be on, and we will have some fantastic wines to pair with our Christmas meal. As it’s Christmas, we are revisiting the favoured Wines from the previous Dinner Series Past; it will be a pretty spectacular line-up. Mark Dunne has created a Festive Feast for you all, so gather your friends, family and work colleagues to enjoy the Ultimate Tinwood Christmas.

Amuse – bouche
A light tartlet of stilton, stilton foam, with raisins soaked in port
German potato cake with smoked cod roe, brown butter caper sauce, dill, lemon and gherkin micro herb salad
Tinwood Rosé Granita
Tri of festive meats. Turkey escalope filled with cranberry and orange stuffing, slow-cooked goose with prune and brandy, Hampshire maple glazed back bacon, red wine reduction, sauté sprouts, roast parsnips, sage and onion bashed potato
Clementine and winter spiced génoise layered pot with Christmas pudding ice-cream
