Dinner Series No.21: Jamie Bailey
We are delighted to welcome Jamie Bailey for our 1st dinner series of 2022. We first met Jamie when he was head chef at the Royal Oak in Lavant and have been a fan of his cooking ever since! Jamie now co-owns the White Hart in Pulborough with his wife Sybil and Brother in-law Ohin and Sister in-law Rochelle. He is using the finest, fresh, locally sourced ingredients to deliver a delicious 4 course tasting meal.
We will have the delightful job of pairing the menu with a range of classic Italian wines.
