We are excited to have another installment of our fantastic dinner series. This time around we will be welcoming Mark Robinson who, we are sure, is going to amaze us with us his with delicious locally sourced 5 course menu. As always I will have the fun task of  matching each course with a different wines!

The menu:

Marinaded South Coast fish plate, wild fennel, hedge garlic seeds, foraged sea greens and lemon

Chaat: ‘The King of Indian streetside salads’ Potato, chick pea, pomegranate, tamarind and coriander relish

South Downs venison loin, smoked bacon, cornbread, pea and chicory slaw, chocolate gravy

Bengali cheesecake, spiced shortbread crumb, local organic berries

Medjool date in english acorn liquor, cool whip, pulled saffron sugar
