After the success of our Dinner series last month we are thrilled to welcome back Caper&Berry for another night of delicious food and wine. As well as our fantastic Tinwood wines we will be pairing each course with a range of extra special French wines for the evening.  These evenings are immensely popular so please book tickets quickly to avoid missing out.

 

Menu:

Black Truffle Gougere with Shaved Parmesan

 

Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté, Honey whipped Goats Curd bonbon, Nashi Pear and Walnut Crumb

 

Seared King Scallop, Whipped Smoked Cods Roe, Avruga Caviar,  Sea Weed Powder, Parsley Oil and Sea Herbs

 

Venison Fillet and Slow cooked Venison Croquette, Confit Potatoes, Celeriac Puree, Buttered Kale and a Juniper infused red wine jus 

 

Chilled Chocolate fondant, dehydrated chocolate mousse, white chocolate, chocolate soil and textures of raspberry

£95 including all wines

  • Please note the new start time of 6.30pm. Finish 10pm sharp.
  • Taxi’s need to be booked in advance.
  • Max group size of 6 people.
