Tinwood Dinner Series No.19: Matt Crow
We are very excited to get underway again with our Tinwood Dinner Series events. Without a doubt this is the event I enjoy the most and we are thrilled to be having Matt Crow from Sky Park Deer Farm to cook us a sumptuous 4 course feast. Sky Park Farm (www.skyparkfarm.com) are rearing herds of deer in West Harting to produce top quality venison which will be used in the preparation of this amazing dinner. Each course will be expertly matched with our Tinwood wines and also some fantastic wines from South Africa (which are all generously poured and are included in the dinner price).
The Menu:
Amuse Bouche
Sussex parmesan tart
Starter
Seared scallop, crab butter sauce, apple, coriander
Main
Roast Venison, braised shank pithivier, celeriac puree, buttered kale, red wine jus
Dessert
Stewed winter fruits, pear sorbet, ginger oat crunch, Tinwood estate sabayon
Cost is £85p.p. and includes all food, wines and coffee.
