Tinwood Dinner series No. 2 – Adam Sparshatt
After the huge success of our first dinner we are extremely excited to have Adam Sparshatt cook us an exceptional dinner with us here at Tinwood. Adam has been cooking here already a number of times for specialty gastronomy clubs, birthdays and with the Goodwood Estate. His skills in the kitchen are simply amazing and we are looking forward to Adam wowing our taste buds again!
One of Adams great passions is foraging. We have chosen November as this is a perfect time for the mushrooms, truffles and other delicious ingredients that he will infuse into the menu.
Each course will be matched with some delicious wines found across the world. Tickets are extremely limited and this really is an evening not to be missed!
