We are thrilled to welcome the Wittering Chefs for our next Dinner Series.
Craig, Martin and Philippa, the team from the Witterings, love to use fresh, local, and quality produce to execute their meticulously crafted dishes cooked over a wood fire. We recently tried their pop-up dinner for my birthday earlier this year and were seriously impressed. We are delighted to invite them to Tinwood Estate for Dinner Series: No.22 to cook for all our wonderful guests, talking you through each of their exquisite dishes.

Squid ink Tacos, corn fried cod, pickled onions, coriander
