November time is one of my favourite times of the year; with the grape harvest over and the wine tanks bubbling away, it gives us time to sit back and enjoy some fine dining paired with delicious wine after a hard season of nurturing our vines.
Sky Park Farm rears herds of deer in West Harting to produce top-quality Venison, which will be the spotlight dish on Matt’s Menu, rather fitting for a November evening. In the next few weeks, we have the awfully exhausting! job of tasting and sampling a range of classic and exciting New French Wines to be paired with Matt Crow’s rather exquisite menu:

Venison loin, triple cooked potato, mushroom ketchup, tarragon and a rich wild mushroom red wine jus

Bitter set 70% dark chocolate, sea salt caramel, chocolate crunch and a white chocolate mousse
