Tinwood Dinner Series No. 6 – Giles Thompson
After a very busy year in the vineyard bringing in one of our largest ever harvests, the leaves are starting to change colour and we welcome the autumn season with our 6th Dinner series.
I have been trying to persuade Giles to be part of our dinner series for nearly a year now and finally he has relented. You may have seen Giles at various food festivals in the area such as West Dean’s Chilli festival and we have on many occasions tasted his delicious cooking at his pub, The Earl of March.
Hot of the press; Giles has created a superb menu bringing in all that is in season and local to delight the taste buds! This is one menu I am really looking forward to matching the wines too!!
