Jody and are I back from our travels and what better way to get into the swing of things by announcing with great excitement our next Tinwood Dinner Series with Daniel Clarke for 3 nights on the 15th, 16th and 17th March.

Dan Heads up the very successful Red Anywhere Catering Company and also the award winning Sussex Ice Cream Company. He has created this sublime menu with influences from where he has been lucky enough to eat (Eleven Maddison Park, voted number one restaurant in the World 2017), Work (Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant) and homage to Sussex where he now lives and works. The menu is a culinary journey through Dan’s favourite dishes and ingredients which he loves to use. The Beef is from Trenchmore Farm near Horsham who farm a heard of Sussex X Wagyu. The gingerbread ice cream incorporates a 200-year-old recipe that was made by Percy Shelley and found recently by a lady in Sussex, who now produces and sells it locally

Dan has a wealth of experience cooking special meals in special places and I’m sure he will give us an amazing experience here at Tinwood overlooking the vineyard.

Red’s famous Sticky Toffee Pudding, Sussex Gingerbread Ice Cream, Passion Fruit & Caramel Sauce

Each Course will be specially paired wines chosen by myself
