Tinwood Dinner Series No.8 – Mark Dunne
We are excited to announce that for the next installment of our dinner series we have the brilliant Mark Dunne from Chefs on the Move. We were lucky enough to have a tasting lunch with Mark here at the vineyard and we are happy to confirm that the food is excellent! as Mark is using some top quality spanish ingredients I thought it would be fun to match these with some top notch spanish wines.
We also have had a few requests for vegetarian options and Mark has kindly agreed that for this event it will be possible. please enquire if you would like a special vegetarian menu.

Amouse Bouche
Basil crisp, broad bean mousse, parmesan shaving, tomato jelly

De constructed Roquefort Trifle
Riesling pickled pears, Roquefort rounds, rosemary and black pepper biscuits, cox orange pippin hazelnut salad

Organic Black Iberian pork fillet (pink), sundried tomato mash potato, kale, crushed peas and garlic, Amontillado jus

Meringue mille – feuille Eton Mess
Layers of meringue, white chocolate, strawberry mousse, and marinated strawberries in Cointreau jelly
