Tinwood Dinner Series no. 9 – Sam Large
Again we are back with the ever popular Tinwood Dinner Series. This time we have great pleasure to welcome Sam Large who is currently working in the kitchen at the Ship in Itchenor but has previously worked at the Kennels, Goodwood and the illustrious Amberley Castle.
Coming close to Christmas this menu reflects the time of the year, so gather some friends and join us for a fabulous evening of delicious food and fine wines.
Sam has also kindly declared that all profits made from the dinner will be donated to the mind charity, to support chefs and people with mental health issues.
