Join us on Tuesday evening for an hour of yoga, meditation and mindfulness overlooking the Vines. With this stunning backdrop together we get our zen on,… connecting mind, body and soul in the ultimate yoga experience.
About our instructor – Jade Crystal Reynolds
Jade is a RYT200 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, who is also part of the team here at Tinwood.

I have an injury/health issues, can I take part in the Tinwood Yoga sessions?
You must get clearance from your GP before taking part. Let them know you are planning to do yoga and ask them what kind of exercise is suitable and what movements are best to avoid.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat with me?
YES, due to social distancing measures you must bring all of your own equipment. A yoga mat is a must however optional is a yoga block and a yoga strap.
I am a beginner, can I join the Tinwood Yoga sessions?
The classes are suited to all levels, however keep an eye out on social media for any particular themed classes. Just take it slowly and remember it’s a gradual process.
What style of yoga will it be?
Our in house yoga instructor will be teaching a mixture of different styles of yoga which can include Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow & Yin. Check our social media posts for specific themed classes.
If you have any health issues which could be made worse by exercise; including high blood pressure, recent surgery/injuries or are/have been recently pregnant then you must speak to your GP first before taking part. There is an element of risk when taking part in any physical exercise, all activities will be explained and demonstrated, but you must decide where your limit is and know that gradual progress is part of the journey. Yoga can be uncomfortable and a little challenging at times but it should never be painful. If you are feeling pain or excessive discomfort you should stop the activity immediately.
