Evening Retreat - Yoga & Gongs
This is the first in a series of evening retreats brand new for 2026!!
Enjoy a slow but energising yoga flow with Jade overlooking the vines. Move with ease and mindfulness making space for rest and relaxation. Suitable for all levels. The session then flows into a restorative gong bath and guided meditation with Lisa, where you’ll rest and absorb the soothing vibrations surrounded by nature as the sun goes down, allowing stress to melt away and the mind to settle. A balanced blend of movement and sound surrounded by nature. Leave feeling deeply restored.
The experience continues with refreshments, a sweet treat & social back in the tasting rooms. Enjoy a glass of Tinwood bubbles as an optional add on.
We’re planning for blue skies since we’ll be entirely outdoors!
If the weather doesn’t play along, we’ll postpone to another date.
