Back for the fifth year in a row at Tinwood Estate we welcome the unique opportunity to practice Yoga in the Vines with Jade, Tuesdays from May – September.
Step into a space where movement meets mindfulness. This class is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reconnect with your breath in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Expect a blend of flowing postures, grounding holds, and moments of stillness to help reduce stress, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
Come as you are. Leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.
In case of rain this class still goes ahead as we move into the tasting rooms.
Note: 48 hour booking cancellation/change policy applies. Wine is not included but we often stay and buy a glass of wine on to treat ourselves at the end!
