Experience the Vineyard Kitchen at Tinwood Estate. The Vineyard Kitchen offers British tapas-style dishes which have been made from locally sourced, high-quality produce. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the vines in our Tasting Room, the large open terrace, or the lawns next to the vines.

Explore the dining options on our Vineyard, from dining during a Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting, or in private on your own spot overlooking the vines. We do not take table reservations unless you are booked onto a Vineyard Tour and Wine tasting, but we are open every day for walk-in food and drinks.

The Vineyard Kitchen

The menu has been designed around the wines, to be enjoyed in tandem with a Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting. The dishes are influenced by our surroundings and season, so may change throughout the year. They are intended to be shared and paired with our award-winning Sussex sparkling wine, and we suggest around three to five dishes per person. We favour fresh, local, and sustainable products, as much as possible.

The dishes are made with the highest-quality, locally sourced ingredients and include a variety of meat, fish, vegetarian, cheese, and desserts. We will always have freshly made bread available too. Please check out the sample menu.

Dine Amongst the Vines

Seasonal Food Events

Throughout the year we host several seasonal food events. Sign up for our newsletter for updates on our latest offering. From October – April, we host Sunday Roast Lunches: a two-course sharing board of meats, trimmings, and a dessert platter.

Tinwood Estate hosts seasonal Dinner Series evenings. Indulge in a five-course tasting menu reflective of the season, and enjoy five different wine pairings for each course. Dinner Series is a true dining journey for your senses in our gorgeous Tasting Room.

You may also be interested in joining us for a rustic lunch during our Harvest Experience. Or, in the summer you can collect a picnic hamper and picnic blanket to enjoy a selection of Vineyard Kitchen small plates amongst our vines.

Enhance your Vineyard Tour

Sparkling Afternoon Tea

Combine a Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting with a delicious Sparkling Afternoon Tea. A tour, tutored wine tasting with three glasses of wine, hot drinks, and food is included in this event price at £49pp.

Enjoy freshly made scones with homemade clotted cream and strawberry jam, delicately sliced sandwiches, and a variety of sweet delights. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least 48 hours in advance. While we can cater for Gluten Free, and Vegetarians, we unfortunately cannot offer a dairy-free Afternoon Tea.

A Roast to Remember

Sunday Roast Lunches

Our Sunday Roast Lunches here at Tinwood Estate are an unforgettable dining experience which celebrates feasting with friends and family. Enjoy a selection of meats and trimmings on a large Sharing Board. Last winter, our Sunday Roast Lunches were sold out every week from October right through to April. This year we are offering two sittings – one at 12pm, and one at 3pm.

Included with your booking is a Sunday Roast Sharing Board and a sharing platter of desserts. Please click here for the Sunday Lunch menu. Two courses, a main and dessert, is £33pp.

A selection of still wines and Tinwood Sparkling Wines will be available to purchase at your table.
