Changes & Cancellations

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, these are the Changes and Cancellations.

 

Vineyard Tours & Events Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or changes made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.

Should you need to cancel your reservation kindly contact our reservations team at info@tinwoodestate.com. Please note all changes or cancellations need to be done via email, not over the phone, so there will be proof of the time and date of cancellation.

 

Afternoon Tea & Wine Tasting Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or changes made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.

Lodge Accommodation Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling Policy

All refunds are calculated according to the time between notification of the cancellation being received by Tinwood and the time of the first night of your stay. The first night of your stay is defined as starting at 2 pm.

Should you need to cancel/change your reservation kindly contact our reservations team at info@tinwoodestate.com. Please note all changes or cancellations need to be done via email, not over the phone, so there will be proof of the time and date of cancellation. Our cancellation charges depend on the notice period given and are shown below:

Cancellations or changes made fifteen (15) or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge.

Cancellations or changes made three (3) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations or changes made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.

Cancellations or changes made less than two (2) days after booking 0% charge.

 

Wine

You may cancel your order, for any reason whatsoever, at any time up to 24 hours from the time you placed your order on our site, as this will be prior to dispatching the wine for delivery to you.

If you wish to cancel your order after the expiry of the 24-hour period outlined in clause 6(a), you may still cancel your order up to 14 working days after the day following the delivery to you of the wine.

In the event that your order has already been dispatched in whole, or in part, at the date on which we receive your cancellation notice, you must return the wine to us in the same condition that you received it in. We will then reimburse the price of the wine to your credit or debit card within 30 days beginning with the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.

To cancel your order, you must notify us by email at info@tinwoodestate.com.

 

Wine Club

You may cancel at any time, all we ask for is 30 days notice in writing, this can be done by email.

 

Expired gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be extended for 3 months for free.

Any additions are 3 months at a £10 administration fee.
