Your check-in details
Please note some of the details:
- Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm. Please let us know if you wish to come outside of these times.
- Breakfast is delivered to your lodge at 9am. View the breakfast menu here.
- You can pre-order a three-course Dinner Hamper for your lodge delivered at 6pm. Click here to view more about our dinner hampers.
- Check-out is at 10am. Late check-out is at 12pm for £20.
- You can click here to book a Vineyard Tour and Tasting. Or, ask a member of staff about availability when you arrive.
- Dogs are welcome, but we kindly ask you to bring your own dog bed.
- Our lodges sleep two people in a king-size bed.
- You may want to bring your own slippers and flip-flops for sauna use
- There is a fully stocked wine fridge to purchase from in your accommodation. There is a £20 corkage fee if you wish to bring your own alcohol on site.
We have one lodge with a ramped entrance. To request this lodge, please email info@tinwoodestate.com.
Should you need to cancel/change your reservation kindly contact our reservations team at info@tinwoodestate.com. Our cancellation charges depend on the notice period given and are shown on our Terms and Conditions page.
Yes, we are dog-friendly across the whole of Tinwood Estate, including all eight of our lodges. There is no need to let us know in advance, but please bring a dog bed.
Our lodges are most appropriate for couples, as they each have a large king-sized bed.
Yes, a continental breakfast hamper will be delivered to your lodge at 9am. Please email info@tinwoodestate.com if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
Our Vineyard Kitchen is open until 17:30 every day and until 20:00 on weekends in the summer. Guests can choose small plates from our deli-style fridges to take back to their accommodation or pre-order a dinner hamper.

You will have a three-course dinner delivered to your lodge at 6pm. The set menu is seasonal, so it will change throughout the year. It will always include a starter, main course, and dessert for two people. Dietary requirements can be catered for.
You get 20% off your tour and tasting experience when you book it at the same time as your stay. You will have the option to add a tour when you make your lodge booking.
There are towels and robes inside the lodges. We do not provide slippers, so you may want to bring your own.
The lodges also have a hairdryer.
