Looking to host a memorable festive gathering? Our Private Christmas Dining experience offers exclusive hire of our beautifully decorated Tasting Room for groups of 16–60.

Winter Dinner Series – A Five-Course Festive Feast
Back for two magical weekends in December, the Winter Dinner Series is a five-course tasting menu paired with hand-selected wines — a collaboration between Tinwood Estate and Fairview Wines.
What to Expect:
- A warm welcome with Sussex bubbles
- Five expertly prepared courses: amuse bouche, starter, main, palate cleanser, dessert
- Five wine pairings
- Introductions from Chef Shaun Mustard and Estate Owner Art Tukker
