A menu perfectly crafted to complement the golden colours of Autumn and a crisp glass of Sussex Sparkling.

Enjoy a terrine to start with golden apple flavours and warm, toasty sourdough. Then, tuck into a wholesome Bourguignon with wild rice. Finish your meal with a delicious dessert complemented by homemade winterberry jam.

A menu perfectly crafted to keep you warm over winter, paired with one of the wines in your lodge fridge.

Enjoy a delicious bruschetta to start. Then, tuck into a classy Tinwood take on a winter roast. Finish your meal with a lovely and light panna cotta, or divine chocolate torte.

Tinwood Estate favours seasonal produce reflective of our beautiful, natural surroundings. Please note that this does mean our menu may change throughout the year.

Our Spring menu starts with the most colourful spring beetroot. To follow, the spiced tagine is full of vibrant red and orange colours, mirroring the sun setting over the vineyard—a delicious and perfectly light dessert rounds off your meal.

The menu begins with a refreshing and light starter, full of colour and citrus flavours. To follow, you have Chef’s famous and flavour-packed Wellington. Nothing says summer quite like a strawberry dessert to finish (recommended with a glass of Tinwood rosé!)
