Tinwood Blanc de Blancs, our second English sparkling wine, is a delicate pale gold wine with silvery highlights. This Blanc de Blancs was bottled in 1.5L Magnum bottles in 2015 and has been bottle ageing in our cellars since! Adding extra depth and texture to this already delicate wine. Presented in a luxury black and gold leaf presentation gift box.
Persistent bubbles give an exceptional mousse. The bouquet is subtle with a suggestion of honey and brioche, which will become more noticeable with ageing.
The palate has a firm attack which makes this wine truly refreshing, with citrus and white tropical fruits in abundance. A beautifully balanced finish that lingers.
To be enjoyed and savoured on its own. Also a great match for light canapés and shellfish.
