Yoga in the Vines - 7pm

Yoga in the Vines returns for the fourth year with our in-house qualified yoga instructor and tour host Jade. For only £15 per class, enjoy an hour of yoga during sundown in the beautiful Tinwood vines. The sessions run every Wednesday at 7pm from May to August. It is the perfect way to unwind halfway through your week.

This class is for all abilities; with different postures offered, making it accessible for everyone. You can expect a mixture of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin as well as breathwork, mindfulness and meditation.

On arrival, you will have the option of complimentary herbal tea before the 1-hour guided yoga session. Wine is not included in this event; however, you can stay on afterwards for a glass if you fancy it! 

If you wish, please bring your yoga mat and props (props such as a block and strap are completely optional). If it is raining, the class will be moved into our Tasting Room with panoramic views of the vines. Discover more about Jade by following her Instagram @jadecrystalyoga.

Jade is an RYT200hr Yoga Instructor & has a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training. Jade completed her yoga teaching training in Koh Phangan, Thailand. She described her time here as one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences she has achieved in her life. Now, Jade has over 500 hours of teaching experience gained from a mixture of group classes and private 121’s. She has also completed add-on courses, such as Prenatal Teacher Training, which allows her to guide safe adjustments for people during their pregnancy.
